AI MIS
Dr. Volker has partnered with Dr. McCarus and the Ethicon-Endo Surgical Company (a Johnson & Johnson Company, Inc.) to form the nationally recognized American Institute of Minimally Invasive Surgery (AI MIS). The mission of the AI MIS is to select and develop Centers of Excellence for minimally invasive surgery. AI MIS will focus on gynecology procedures with other specialties to follow.
Each affiliated Center of Excellence will be an extension of AI•MIS, not only providing surgical training for minimally invasive surgical procedures but the tools to transform their practice into a successful center offering patients minimally invasive surgery. AI MIS will provide the means for recognized branding, practice and development solutions and marketing solutions to ensure a smooth transition to an affiliated Center of Excellence for minimally invasive surgery.
